If you want to receive notifications when you reach your disk quota or bandwidth usage limit—or if you wish to update your cPanel contact information—follow these steps:
You may use an email address on a domain that this server hosts. However, we do not recommend this, because you may fail to receive messages if the server encounters problems. For example, if your mailbox exceeds its quota, you will not receive any new emails.
Step 1: Log in to your cPanel account.
Step 2: In the Preferences section, click on Contact Information. 
Step 3: Add or update your primary email address to receive account notifications and password reset confirmations. You can optionally add a secondary email address.
Step 4: Enter your cPanel password and click on Save. 
After you've entered your email you can select your notification preferences:
