360 Monitoring allows you to add additional contacts to receive alerts based on site performance and also to configure alerts to send via your preferred communication platform.

The available platforms are:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Slack
  • Telegram
  • Microsoft 365
  • Google Chat
  • Discord
  • Opsgenie
  • Flock
  • Pagerduty
  • Stride
  • Pushover
  • Pushbullet
  • Wenhook

To add additional contacts to receive alerts, follow these steps:

1. Login to 360 Monitoring via the Enviroweb Dashboard

2. Click Alerts from the top navigation bar

3. Click New Contact and fill out the details for your new contact

4. To update a contact, select their name from the list of contacts (highlighted blue)

5. Adding additional communication platforms is done via the Edit Contact page.
