Our AI support is always at the ready for any questions or issues you may have. For the fastest level of support, we highly encourage everyone to raise a ticket to our AI assistant first as this may solve your issue and provide the guidance your need significantly faster than our support team can.
How to raise a ticket
1. Navigate to the support dropdown in the left hand menu of your dashboard.
2. Select either AI Support from the top of the list or Open Ticket (Selecting Open Ticket will display all of our support departments)
3. Populate the required fields and enter a description of your issue in the "message" box. (Note: Be as detailed as you can about the issue for the best results)
4. Once filled out, submit your ticket and our AI assistant will respond with solutions to your issue or query. (Note: During busy periods it may take a few minutes to receive a response)
5. In the event that the first response hasn't solved your issue, you can respond to the AI assistant for further solutions.
6. If you've attempted multiple solutions and are still experiencing issues, close your AI ticket and log a ticket with the relevant support department, quoting the reference of your AI ticket as to not repeat any attempted fixes. (Your ticket reference will start with a #"
