To reset yours or a teammates password for their cloud email account, follow these steps:
If Purchased as a Hosting Addon
1. From your Enviroweb dashboard, click Services > My Services
2. Select your Hosting Plan
3. Scroll down to your OX app suite addon and click Manage
4. From the Manage Email Accounts page, locate the account which you would like to reset the password for
5. Click Set Password and enter or generate a new password
If Purchased as a Standalone Service
1. From your Enviroweb dashboard, click Services > My Services
2. Select your OX App Suite Plan
3. Click Manage Email Accounts
4. From the Manage Email Accounts page, locate the account which you would like to reset the password for
5. Click Set Password and enter or generate a new password
